OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Prior to founding Anelto, Mr. Weinzierl was Founder, CEO and President of Enfora, a company focused on wireless IOT solutions which was sold to Novatel Wireless (NASDA:NVTL) in 2010. Prior to Enfora, Mr. Weinzierl was Executive VP of INET, co-founder and a key member of its successful IPO in May 1999. Mr. Weinzierl received his B.S.E.E. from Iowa State University and attended the University of Texas at Dallas MBA program.
Prior to joining Anelto, Mr. Denissen was VP of Worldwide Strategic Marketing for Texas Instruments. In that role he was responsible for start up of businesses such as Medical Devices, LED lighting solutions, and motor control solutions. He also was responsible for commercialization of breakthrough technologies developed in Kilby Labs, TI’s long-range R&D Center. Worked directly with CTO to move projects towards commercialization. Prior experience at TI included GM, Storage Products ($1B Revenue) and multiple business development assignments. He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from UCLA.
Richard Roberson is the COO at Anelto. He has 30 years of enterprise leadership experience in business and finance.
Mr. Roberson’s career has been defined by helping companies through transitional periods by building platforms to sustain growth. These include start-up entities and companies facing accelerated business growth. Roberson has held executive roles in several companies, most recently at Razzberi Technologies, Zackat and Cenergistic. He began his career in public accounting, and is currently a CPA licensed in Texas.
Roberson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Constien has been the Executive VP and CSO of Anelto since February of 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Constien worked as the VP of Advanced Products with Enfora, Inc., since the company's inception in 1999. In that role, he managed Product and Program Management teams as well as Product Design and Development. Enfora was an innovator in wireless internet solutions targeting embedded products, asset monitoring, commercial and consumer telematics, and cloud based remote device management. Mr. Constien's teams were pioneers in the area of location based services and associated ultra low power remote asset management applications and hardware design. Mr. Constien has been issued patents in advanced power management and holds a B.S.E.E. degree from University of Texas at Austin.
Ms. Allen joined Anelto as Sr. VP of Operations in 2016. Prior to this role, Ms. Allen was VP of Operations at Enfora for almost 10 years where she was responsible for Enfora's wireless product lines. Prior to Enfora, Ms. Allen was NPI Manager at Flextronics for 5 years. She started her career at HP where she held various roles in their supply chain. Ms. Allen has a B.S.M.E. from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Colorado State University.
Mr. Daugherty has served as Anelto’s CTO since 2012. Prior to Anelto, Mr. Daugherty served as Principal Software Engineer at Numerex and previous to that was at Enfora from 2000 to 2012. Mr. Daugherty has been responsible for customer and vendor interfacing as well as system design for multiple M2M projects. He is credited with 2 patents and was a member of the IOT standards body. Before Enfora, Mr. Daugherty was at Texas Instruments for 18 years working on GPS and RF based systems. Mr. Daugherty has a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Texas.
Mr. Fronk joined Anelto in 2018 . Mr. Fronk was most recently the COO for Total Care 2U. Prior to TC2U, he was Executive VP of Business Development and Marketing at Home Team, a company that delivered comprehensive care into patients homes and residences. He has 28 years experience in leadership and strategy in the Healthcare space. Mr. Fronk started his career, after graduating with a degree in Biology and Chemistry from Texas A&M, at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, then Adventis Pharmaceuticals holding various increasing positions of responsibility.
